We have been looking at newspapers and what they have in them. There are headlines, captions, introduction, picture, and more but we have been focusing mainly on captions, headlines and introductions they where pretty easy to think of.Then we had to get in partners and say a story that has happend in our lives. After that we had to write down who was involved, what happend, why it happend, when it happend and who it happend to.

Yesterday we did science with Mrs Johnson. We was learning how to seperate materials from another e.g.water and sand. After that we had to seperate them with a funnell and a bit of paper. We all did that but then Gemma had to open it and it went all of her work it was hilarious, alot of other children did the same it was dead funny. Mrs Johnson was not impressed and found out that you can separate the sand from water and compost and Olivia put the compost in her mouth it was amusing and so did Cameron Tipler not only did they use compost they did the coffee and put it in their mouths.

In maths yesterday we looked at a year 5 questions after that we did perimeter on a basic shape like a rectangles .Then we moved onto a compound shape the only difference was we had some measurments gone.

In Art we did portraits of the school teachers and Addam drew 4 pictures. They were Mr steer,Mrs Quaggon,Mrs Tidswell for his last one he did half Miss Emson and Mr Burgess and they all looked very funny and silly and I did Mrs Stark and it was very funny and silly

Yesterday in maths we were doing coordinates, we finshed are 5w’s with who what where when and why. Some people did PE .In the afternoon with Mrs Johnson we did science with seperating materials with lots of writing.

On Monday the 16th in maths we did line of symmetry on tracing paper in 2 Quadrants. In coreskills we did world war 2 and then wrote it up on word documents and in the afternoon we carried on with world war 2 and at the end of the day we did silent reading, going to assembly at the end of the day.

In the morning we did maths. We were measuring angles acute and obtuse. In mr bates coordinates with – numbers. In coreskills we did the 5 w’s who, what, where, when and why. Afterbreak we worked on our ww2 on tiltles. In the afternoon we did PE push and balacing. In french we finshed our duck beacks and tried them on other people in our class.
